To have the software installed on your computer, the first step is to view a brief training video. After the video, submit a request to have the software installed.

UTC IT will receive your information from this request. Once a 30 minute face-to-face training is scheduled with the Walker Center for Teaching and Learning, the software delivery through SCCM/Casper will be completed in time for the training. If the face-to-face training is not completed, the software will be removed from your computer.

To use Camtasia, you will need a PC/Mac that meets the following requirements (click on your operating system below for details).

PLEASE READ BEFORE BEGINNING THE TRAINING: The training video is less than 10 minutes long. Once the video begins to play, you can pause and resume by clicking the video.
The video contains basic information to introduce you to the Camtasia interface. Once you have watched the video, you will see a link to a form to submit a request with your information to have the software installed on your university managed computer.
A staff person from the Walker Center for Teaching and Learning will contact you to set up a 30-minute face-to-face hands on training session. Once this has been scheduled, the software will be delivered through SCCM/Casper in time for the training.
